Acyrlic Fixtures

The plates are available with either

 
M4/M8 (Metric) or 1/4"-20 (Standard)

Threaded holes for use with Rayco components. A small area in the
center of the cast acrylic plate does not have threaded holes.
This clear area allows for back-lighting very small parts.
The transparent area of the base plate extends slightly
past the measuring range to optimize part staging.

The clear base plates are either 0.75" (19mm) or 0.875"
(22mm) thick, depending on the size.

Small acrylic plates are also available frameless.
The plain plates are 0.375" (9mm) thick. The frameless
clear plates are available in a wide variety of sizes

A base plate can be made to cover the entire measuring volume
of the vision machine, or a frame can be provided that mounts
smaller subplates in the measurement window. Our acrylic base
plates can be customized in many ways to better fit your application.
